I had the pleasure of being Andrei's mentor as part of his training scheme with RAD Wales. Andrei was fantastic - mature, bright, very hard working and great with colleagues and contributors. We extended his contract twice in order to keep him in the company as he was such a pleasure to have in the team and across his year with us worked on a range of challenging programmes that required great sensitivity and intelligence. Andrei will be an asset to any team that he joins and we will be doing our best to get him back as soon as possible!
