I am an assistant producer with over ten years’ experience in wildlife filmmaking, including work on BAFTA- and Emmy-winning series for the BBC and Netflix. I have developed projects for major broadcasters and streaming platforms and am skilled in producing, directing, and editing.

I am proficient in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, and experienced with drones, cranes, green-screen, and motion-controlled macro filming. I have worked globally, built sets, and kept and handled a variety of insects, invertebrates, and other unusual pets. I hold undergraduate degrees in Zoology and in Chinese and Indonesian, and speak both languages to a high standard. I write engaging scripts, illustrate storyboards, and have a strong understanding of cinema and storytelling techniques.

Outside of television, I have extensive international fieldwork experience and am a co-author of several published papers. I have worked with some of the world’s most endangered species, collaborated with local communities in remote regions, discovered previously unknown fossil species, and uncovered evidence of the continued survival of a species thought extinct for over a century.
