I am writing to express my incredible passion in becoming a Production Assistant. As a recent graduate of Film Studies and English Literature with hands-on experience onstudent and independent sets, I am keen to bring my unlimited energy, organisation,patience and my constant desire to evolve to your production team. On my most recent feature film, I acted as the project's Production Coordinator supporting a month-long shoot with a crew of 14, writing call sheets, organising props, and managing last‑minute schedule changes as well as editing the screenplay asit was written by an international production company. I ensured the cast and crewalways had the correct information, kept the set tidy and safe, organised catering and helped the Director/Producer keep each shooting day on schedule and on budget. The film wrapped on time and just under the budget set by the ProducerI am comfortable with the practical side of production – from handling kit, cables, and walkie‑talkies to organising releases and logging takes. I am used to early starts, long days and late finishes, thanks to my professional experience on set and during my SMUGGLER internship, but also due to my 10 years experience working in hospitality.
