I have worked all over the world in various administration related roles before moving back to London from the British Virgin Islands after being evacuated due to Hurricane Irma. Through both working as a flight attendant and living all over the world throughout my childhood I found a passion and a great wealth of knowledge of countries and culture as well as gaining a great wealth of people and organisational skills. I have come back home and am looking for a role that not only nurtures my strengths in organisation and administration but also challenges me and assists me in settling myself into a career as opposed to just playing a role in a temporary job. My previous experience over the last 7 years of work will lend me an added advantage in this role. I previously worked as the Office Manager for a major site for Crossrail. In this role I ran everything from rosters to executives diaries, procurement to logistics for deliveries and works across multiple disciplines. MY greatest achievement was streamlining the procurement system to reduce wait times for materials from 3 months to 2 days. My role for Virgin Australia not only required immaculate customer service but also on occasion required me to act as a leader in an emergency situation at no notice when a cool head and great focus were essential. This role was varied and required flexibility in schedules and hours worked. Working for Unite BVI required me to organise and manage teams of construction workers, electricians and looking after the relations between the charity board and the group we were providing services for. All of these various roles have provided me with a plethora of knowledge, and I believe not only strengthened my character but ensured my strengths can be altered and used to suit a variety of situations. For all of these reasons I believe I would make a great addition to any team.
