I've hired and worked with Kieran on numerous occasions - that should go someway to indicate how highly I rate him and his work. Comes up with the ideas, finds solutions and wants to produce the very best content he can - he's that brilliant mix of creative and reliable. A safe pair of hands, without a shred of dull, he's cut first episodes of new series and entirely set the tone. I hired him as the Senior for a difficult overseas shoot and he rose to the challenge admirably - gaining and maintaining tricky access and managing a young and inexperienced team. Everyone (bar him!) came home in one piece. I once spent the best part of 6 months on location with him and we are still great friends and colleagues - more down to him than me!

A collaborative team member, he's lovely to work with - which, when we're doing crazy hours and working with ridiculous schedules, is a much needed skill. Hire him!
