I am a passionate, inquisitive and driven individual whose dream is to work in documentary production. I love getting to know different people and cultures. I graduated in 2021 from the University of Manchester with a First Class degree in Social Anthropology, and was awarded the prize for Best Dissertation. After university I spent some time working, before departing for Senegal for three months, with the intention of learning French. Indeed my French did improve significantly, however I also decided to learn the local language, Wolof. After spending a month in Dakar I had made several Senegalese friends and so through these connections, was able to move to the village to live with a local family - an endeavour which I consider a good reflection of my open, likeable and flexible personality.
