In the very early days of Primordial, the team were impressed by my organisation skills, and this is where my journey into becoming a producer begins. I was given more responsibilities, and was allowed to make decisions on how projects should be produced. I implemented an agile project management system and explained to the ever-growing team on how we would be incorporating it into our workflow. The difference in productivity amongst the team was quickly noticed by the CEO, which resulted in a promotion, and I was put in charge of one our projects that we are currently developing.I’ve really come to enjoy the being a producer, and really do feel like I’m at the heart of the project, which is something that really does make me happy.
