Aora Helmzadeh is an Iranian journalist, and artist living in Berlin. She studied sociology in Iran and worked there for a long time on social issues and children's rights. Since 2010 she has been a journalist and editor for books and magazines. In 2012 she switched to video editing and participated in a lot of television and video productions. She has been living in Germany since 2015 and works as a freelance journalist, artist, and editor. Since 2019 she is cooperating as a journalist with “Amal Berlin” which is a news platform for Iranian, Afghan, and Arab communities in Germany. She is also studying in “DFFB” (Die Deutsche Film und Fernsehakademie Berlin) in the field of sound and montage. Read Less
