I’ve recently completed an MA in Comedy Writing at Falmouth University, tutored by comedy producer Simon Nicholls. The course specifically develops comedy scriptwriting skills, including a three-month module dedicated to writing a commissioning report. Graduating with a distinction in July 2022, I maintained an average of 70%+, as well as working as an ambassador to help recruit students to the course. 

I have experience managing the Cardiff Comedy Festival (CCF) and The Welsh Unsigned Stand-up Award (WUSA) from their inception in 2009/10. I oversaw the social media accounts, amassing over 2000 followers on Twitter @CardiffComFest, which has maintained numbers above 2000 even though it has been inactive since 2016. My experience in stand-up and comedy scriptwriting, enables me to bring a unique combination of organising successful, large scale comedy events, with working in TV comedy production.
