Senior creative and management roles in broadcast television (12 years at the BBC); commissioning, channel management, award winning programme making, commercial and strategic planning.  I was the first Channel Executive of BBC3. Japan specialist, with cummulatively over two decades working for Fuji TV, Japan's equivalent of ITV, in various roles, including as an executive producer, bringing their formats to the UK, including Dara O Briain's School of Hard Sums (Dave).    Founder of a screen financing startup. Lecturer and consultant on post graduate and executive masters courses at Ravensbourne University and Bayes Business School.  ScreenSkills/BFI regions and nations roundtables lead.  Trustee of media trust.  My current work includes executive producer roles on the development phase of a feature documentary and major scripted project, working on adaptations of Fuji TV's scripted catalogue for the overseas market, acquiring content for Fuji TV, and supporting the development of a major broadcaster's video-on-demand offering. I am a published author on the history of BBC3 and received an Honorary Fellowship, Ravensbourne University in 2021, as well as being a member of the Royal Television Society Judging panel for Northern Ireland.
