I bring extensive experience at senior levels in drama, with credits on leading productions as both Assistant Director and Sustainability Lead. My career has honed strong leadership and communication skills, enabling me to work effectively with actors and crew while delivering clarity, efficiency and exceptional results on set.

With expertise in virtual production, I have developed a deep technical understanding of this rapidly advancing field. I specialise in applying it strategically to enhance storytelling, streamline workflows and drive innovation in production practices.

I am also a leader in embedding sustainability across the screen industries. I played an instrumental role in developing the national occupational standards for sustainability in production, setting an industry-wide benchmark for greener practices. Alongside this, I contribute to sector-wide thought leadership through editorial work on sustainability, providing practical insights to support meaningful change. I hold both the Carbon Literacy Certification and the BAFTA albert Sustainability Champion Certification and actively serve on multiple sustainability boards for film and television.

As a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and former Programme Leader for a successful MA in Film and Television Production, I have mentored national and international award-winning student filmmakers, supporting them in achieving both creative and professional excellence. I have also built and managed significant industry partnerships, including collaborations with BAFTA albert and Avid Technology, ensuring access to cutting-edge training and resources.
