I have traveled around the world working as a freelance self-shooting Director and Producer, specialising in documentaries and social-impact films, exploring themes of human rights, culture, identity, music, and social justice. I have captured films in Europe, Kenya, Nigeria,Tanzania, Ghana, Ethiopia and South America, creating content for clients that include: Great Big Story, Gal Dem, TUI, Accenture, Change.org, Boiler Room, Vice and more. I have also worked in Broadcast television as a DV Director E4 and a DOP for a Channel 4 Documentary.Through my work, I have raised awareness on marginalised communities as they fight against years of discrimination in Kenya. Highlighted the life and culture of professional football players in Nigeria. Captured families fighting for justice after losing loved ones in the Ethiopian/ Boeing airplane crash. Highlighted the dance, music and youth culture across South Africa and the UK and much more.My experience has taught me to think on my feet and capture compelling footage that can quickly engage an audience.
