My name is Jack Ostle, and I am at an entry level position looking for my first work in the film and TV industry. I am a graduate from the University of Gloucestershire where I studied Film & Television Production, and before that attended New College Swindon where I completed a HND in Creative Media. During my studies I have made several short films and even produced a feature where I took on the role of writer and director. While attending university I acted as runner on a master’s students project, carrying out duties such as helping to set up a scene, moving kit around and fetching drinks during a couple long overnight shoots. I also filled the role of Assistant Director on another master’s production where time management was essential. However, most notably I got the opportunity to work alongside Timeline TV as a runner while they were filming the varsity sports events, where I helped move and set up equipment and shadowed the camera operators. Since then, I have worked independently as a videographer on a corporate film made for John Deere, and as an edit assistant for Firebird Films who were editing footage from Cop 26. Read Less
