I am a hard-working producer with experience working on ambitious investigative documentaries and access-driven political and current affairs series. I am a very strong writer, and have a great track record for casting interesting contributors, setting up and conducting key interviews and doing investigative heavy lifting. I am also skilled at developing narratives and structure: I enjoy taking a story from its inception to the point of commission and through production to the end of the edit. Recent projects include work leading the story team on a new 6-part series for Discovery ID about abuses of power, tough-access work on a film about reactionary internet subcultures for Channel 4, and work from beginning to end on a high-budget and cinematic feature documentary for MBC about a political assassination and its repercussions across the Middle East.
 
 
●      Strong ability to write compelling pitches, scripts and treatments for documentaries that communicate complex ideas to a broad audience.
●      Keen eye for investigative detail - lots of experience building stories from forensic evidence, court documents, coroners’ reports and first-hand interviews.
●      Experience producing international interview and recreation shoots on location, and working closely with the edit team.
●      Deep knowledge of history, politics and technology.
●      Good at building trust with contributors and lots of experience securing and maintaining very difficult access.
