I am a creative passionate apprentice for the BBC, I want a successful career in the industry and I'm determined to achieve my goals. I am confident in my skills and always strive for success and do everything to the best of my ability. I have great communication skills, work well in a team, I have great time management skills, problem solving skills and I always plan ahead. I am friendly and believe I would fit in anywhere due to my positive attitude and mindset. I would consider myself to be a hard worker with various skills and qualities. I started an apprenticeship January 2022 (BBC Fast Track Wales Production Apprenticeship) and with this opportunity I hope to further develop my skills and be successful in the industry. Working my way up to a full time position where I can express my creativity and passion. However while doing my apprenticeship I would like more experience in the industry, therefore by creating a Talent Manager account I hope to find opportunities to build not only my cv but also my knowledge of the industry.
