In 2021, I was offered a role by Mighty Productions, through the Somerset House Kickstart placement scheme for a 6 month contract. Within those 6 months I worked in production and development, learning the skills associated with Production Secretary and Development Junior Researcher. At the end of the placement, I was asked to stay on in the role as Junior Researcher which led to 2 years of invaluable experience across a range of non-scripted productions, from Quiz formats to documentaries.
