I’m an experienced, creative and versatile Shooting PD/DOP working across documentaries, current affairs, fact-ent, specialist factual and branded content.

I’ve filmed across the globe (30+ Countries) in some of the most inhospitable, difficult and emotive environments on Earth. From war zones to remote jungles, hospitals and homes.

As a director I can craft narrative on the fly in the most unforgiving of environments, or storyboard and script for a stylistic and considered delivery; from run-and-gun low-fi to produced actuality, presenter led set pieces and scripted.

I love making films, whether a single doc or formatted series. I’m experienced shooting solo or directing large crews - and bring visual flair to any project. I’m decisive on location and have heaps of experience dealing with highly stressful shoots.

I enjoy shaping stories in the edit and writing comm; crafting narratives with purpose, humour, charm and takeout. I also have experience overseeing other Edit Producers - recently delivering as Series Producer a 5 part series for Discovery UK and international partners.
