Highly experienced and creative all rounder. I lead teams in factual and factual entertainment to dream up, develop and deliver brilliant content. Working with multiple teams to create people focused, heart-felt programmes which aim to make a difference. I’ve delivered high quality trusted content for the BBC for over 20 years, working in documentaries and daily live programmes as a producer, director, edit producer. show runner and executive producer. My strengths lie in combining sound editorial judgement with creativity.  I take pride in motivating teams in current affairs , consumer, and factual entertainment.  I guide storytelling from the outset.  As a commissioner I develop content from scratch through to delivery. I encourage PDs to seek out and give the viewer character and emotion on screen and lelad scripting.  I use the extensive experience I have to drive better representation across mainstream media.
