I am a multi-skilled creative with a specialism in filmmaking, having worked in the development sector for over 10 years in the UK and around the world. I have a strong background in media production with creative skills in film, photography, graphic design, animation, social media and writing, in addition to managing and leading communications projects and campaigns. I have leadership and project management skills and have led communications projects for business, educational institutions and international NGOs.I have professional experience as a documentary storyteller for NGOs, businesses and educational organisations, and as an educator, teaching people filmmaking and media skills. I undertook a MA in Media & International Development at the University of East Anglia in 2017 and since then I have worked as a filmmaker in Latin America producing several documentary films about social issues.
