Brady’s directed two theatrical films. The Nephew, starring Pierce Brosnan, Donal McCann, Sinead Cusack, and Hill Harper, the film was shot entirely on location in Ireland. It premiered at the BFI London Film Festival and was theatrical released throughout Europe and Australia and premiered in the US at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. His second film, Missing Brendan, starred Adam Brody, Ed Asner, and Illiana Douglas. It was shot on location in Malibu and Hawaii. It premiered at the Orinda Film Festival, California. It was released throughout Europe, Australia, Brazil and the US.
While developing feature films, Brady juggles commercial and corporate assignments. He’s worked on Big Review TV shooting in Los Angeles, Meet Brandon shooting in New York and Sydney, Be The Architect shooting in Miami, Lunch Team shooting in Dublin, and JD Sports shooting in London. Other commercial clients include BMW, Maxwell House Coffee, and Merrill Lynch.
Most recently, Brady directed the SFX Unit and 2nd Unit on the feature film High Expectations, starring Kelsey Grammer, shot in Kennesaw, Georgia, USA.
Born and raised in Dublin, Brady studied photography at Plymouth College of Art and Design (UK), film at Bournemouth University (UK), and producing at the American Film Institute. He is a voting member in the Director’s Division of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA).
