I am a Chartered Accountant with several years post qualified experience including preparing individual company statutory accounts and consolidations for which the group accounts would often include acquisitions. I am constantly using excel and so I am familiar with advanced excel functions. Also, having trained in audit and having dealt extensively with auditors for the group audit process I have a very good knowledge of what the auditors require and how to manage the audit process.. I am now looking to progress my career by ideally taking a more senior Financial Accounting, Group Reporting role which would ideally include reporting with UKGAAP IFRS and potentially USGAAP, staff management, monthly reporting and potentially some commercial aspects. Since qualifying I have spent most of my career with media companies. This is the environment in which I have most interest and ideally where I am most happy to continue. Read Less
