Hello, my name is Ms Gifty Dankwah and here’s is my cover letter. I’m interested in working for your company as I’d like a bit of a change of environment and a challenge. I’m applying to be considered for the role I see that I would be a good contributor towards to company serving in this way and maybe one day become an asset to the team and inspire others. Not to take too much of your time, I just wanted to spotlight to you two of my amazing skills and how they are used.Communication: Communication is vital for business or organisation. As I run my music and entertainment platform, there’s many hats that have to managed from social media, editorial and visual content. To the different teams that look after each division, I have to pay attention to details and communicate with them in order for things to continue to run smoothly and meet deadlines, as everything runs in cohesion. Good communication supports me to be able to set goals and expectation, holds me accountable to my team, and delegate. Communication works great both ways, when my team let me know if there’s a challenge that is delaying them from completing their work and if there’s any faults that need fixing with the software, websites or apps that we use in our daily operations. Without being effective in this, I wouldn’t be able to be an effective leader to my team.Goal Oriented: It’s important with the company I work for that I understand what is the goal to be achieved. It gives me focus, it gets me thinking of ideas, it keeps me proactive. My previous employment when I worked for a television production, Transistor Films, as a production secretary, Transistor Films, we was setting up for the UK crew to fly out for their shoot in a matter of days. This required prompt setting up hotel stays, flights, COVID tests, AIR BNBs, etc. I leverage on the task that aided me to be focused and efficient as the goal to complete this was clear and I wanted to see that my contributions pushed the production forward.Thank you very much for your time to receive this and my CV.
