Experienced head of development and creative director across factual and entertainment development.

Having started out as a trainee in game show development at 12 Yard Productions - where credits included Eggheads and National Lottery studio format In It To Win It - I moved into production and through the ranks from researcher to PD on a variety of programmes from chat shows and documentaries to reality.

In 2014 I began heading North One's development team and since then have overseen the devising and development of concepts commissioned by a number of broadcasters - building solid relationships with commissioning editors as we went. I have also worked hard to populate the evolving development team with diverse and talented young members who have gone on to progress through the ranks. Read Less
