We've also worked with some of the biggest names in British television, and beyond, and alongside a range of broadcasters. I love being at the coalface of development and, as such, continue to be a tireless deviser, developer and pitcher of original ideas that are laser focused on what should, or could, work for each individual commissioner and platform. I pride myself on snappy and punchy proposals and productive relationships with a long list of commissioning editors, distributors, agencies and talent.
With a background in quiz and gameshow development (incl. Without Prejudice, Eggheads), live producer stints on reality juggernauts Big Brother and I'm A Celeb spin-offs, and having been a central part of a raft of factual and fact-ent commissions, I can comfortably operate across a range of key, marketable genres.
For many years I've managed large slates, and teams of varying sizes and experiences - as well as regularly mentoring freelancers and supporting staff through the ranks - with an insistence on, and proof of, diverse recruitment.
I'm interested in exploring development roles - from producer to head of development and creative director - as well as adjacent opportunities that could benefit from my vast experience, contacts and skills.
Outside of work, I'm learning Japanese, enjoy long distance running and record and release music.
