I am a confident and assertive assistant producer with extensive experience in casting, welfare, forward planning and performance and a depth of knowledge in dance/music entertainment and reality. My strengths include creativity, producing incredible talent, an astute eye for organisation and the ability to adapt and deal well under pressure. I am both excellent in a team environment but I can also excel independently and pride myself on an excellent work ethic. 

I have worked on several different formats including Reality, factual entertainment and entertainment and have experience on location, abroad and in the studio. 

Prior to TV I had a succesful career as a musical theatre performer and I bring this knowledge of musicality, staging and insight into all the different departments in performance. Read Less
