My names Rakiya, call me Raks.

I am a Black, Muslim Women working in the creative world. 
Art for me is thought provoking. I aim to provide a feeling to those who experience my content.

I use introspection when I'm creating,  combining personal experiences and my emotions in everything I do. That way I will continue to be inspired in making things.
I do not limit myself into one genre, ultimately I'm on vibes. I spend my time as a student of the craft, in editing directing, filming and photography. When i'm not doing, i'm learning. When i'm working, I'm discovering. 
I enjoy creating things by any means.  I aim to create an avenue where young creatives can see that you can make your own path in the industry, and to hold on to the joy of learning new things along the way.
