Giulia worked for me at North One Television for 8 years until September 2012 as Senior Production Accountant on a large number of varied television productions across the sport, factual and factual entertainment genres. The biggest of these was the 100-strong Host Broadcaster operation the company ran for the World Rally championship which covered regular events all around the globe, producing Live OB and Post Production world feed and bespoke programmes for individual broadcasters, which had an annual budget of around £10Million. In the 10 years of involvement with this operation despite the massive logistical challenges of being produced from up to 16 different countries each year, due to a very close working relationship with the team, the production was always within budget. Other major projects Giulia worked on whilst at North One, were the management of the London Media Centre (budget c£2M) a facilities operation for international broadcasters who are non rights holders, during the London 2012 Olympics, a number of series of the factual entertainment programming, “The Unforgettables” for ITV as well as a ream of other factual and factual entertainment programmes. Prior to my time she also worked for the company on the host broadcaster operation for Formula 1 for ITV. Giulia is one of the most diligent accountants I have ever worked with, whose attention to detail on complicated projects is second to none. In her time with me, she also took over as back-up on our payroll system and was always happy to contribute her own ideas on how things could be improved. Giulia has an extremely professional outlook and is equally comfortable working with finance and non-finance staff. She is a self-starter with a really good work ethic who can work happily on her own, but is also someone with a great personality which would fit in well in any team.
