From a young age I have been captivated by the power of cinema, and it has remained a passion into my adult life. I have worked on film sets and feel I have a good understanding of the way the production side of the business works. However the part of the process that appeals the most to me is script development. I read a lot, have a talent for writing and like to engage with people. I have worked as a script reader over the past two years and have developed a skill for identifying good scripts and writers. My goal is to bring talented people together in order to create meaningful work. I have written, directed, edited and produced my own films during my time at University and outside of it. This has given me a well rounded understanding of the process of filmmaking in terms of the journey from idea to completion, as well as an insight into the different ways different people react to the same material. I want to work in a creative environment surrounded by like minded people who support one another. I firmly believe I can be an asset to any company and will work incredibly hard to prove that.
