I am a creative and driven professional passionate about advancing my career in documentary filmmaking. With a solid foundation in development, I’ve honed the ability to identify compelling stories, negotiate access, and craft engaging pitches for Heads of Departments, directors, and producers—building towards, and securing, that crucial commission.

I thrive in editorial,  digging into a story and crafting detailed story notes in prepartion for a shoot. When following through to location I'm never afraid to get my hands dirty, happily stepping in to produce an interview, camera assist or wrangle the day's footage.

I am skilled in operating industry-standard cameras, including the Sony FS7, FX9, A7SII, Canon C100, and GoPro 8 & 10. My technical knowledge extends to sound equipment, such as boom and radio mics, ensuring high-quality audio for production.

My additional skills include editing with Adobe Premiere and Avid, data wrangling with Hedge and Shotput, and sourcing and clearing archive footage. I am also confident in graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva, for creating compelling visual materials.
