I am a well presented, motivated and professional individual. I am hard working, eager to learn and thrive to produce the highest standards in my work and services I undertake. I have a wealth of experience in Leadership and Management roles due to courses I have both taken and assisted in the instruction of within' the Royal Air Force Air Cadets, and through supervisor and management roles within both the custodial environment and the hospitality Industry. I am IT literate in both Microsoft and OSX platforms. I hold a full clean UK Driving License and own car with business insurance. I am a competent a Unit Manager within location's departments and an experienced technical advisor in Prison & Custody styles following a 7 year career in Her Majesty's Prison Service. In early 2023 I stepped up into the Production Department in the role of Production Manager.
