Inez Gordon is a BAFTA-winning Comedy Producer and script editor.Inez has just left Roughcut where she was maternity cover and recently produced a half hour comedy-drama pilot for Channel 4 about love, sex and boundaries in a relationship with a disabled woman requiring 24 hour care. Created by new writers Kyla Harris and Shannon Getty with Nick Payne (Wanderlust) script consulting and Alex Winckler (Somewhere Boy, This Way Up) directing. Alongside this, Inez is developing and script-editing Rye Lane director Raine Allen-Miller's debut feature script with BBC Films and DJ Films.Prior to this, Inez worked at BBC comedy for five years after being a core member of the first BBC Three Online Team. At BBC Three Inez created short form content that broke BBC records for views at the time. Inez joined the BBC Three after she graduated from the BBC’s renowned production traineeship. At BBC Comedy Inez produced Gbemisola Ikumelo's 2020 Best Short Programme BAFTA-winning pilot Brain in Gear that has been commissioned for an on-hold BBC TWO series, as well as several other pilots. She was also assistant producer on two series of Josh Widdicombe's sitcom and two series of the BAFTA-winning This Country.In her spare time Inez organises a comedy night for the girls, gays and theys in a mezcal bar called Frida KahLOL.
