After working in Fashion Marketing since finishing university, I decided to follow my love of creating and passion for food to retrain as a Pastry chef. Over the last 9 years I have had an extensive career that has given me the opportunities to work in Michelin star environment, in restaurants and cafes in London, as well as create bespoke cakes and desserts to order through my company Pirate Baker. This has lead me more recently, into catering for film and TV crews, and in doing so, home economist work on a few productions. As a home economist my passions for food and creativity are allowed to flourish giving me opportunities to work on great projects, creating great looking food for whatever the brief calls for.
