I pride myself on being adaptable as I think my CV demonstrates.I really enjoy managing a team, ensuring that they are as happy as possible. Not only do I find it really rewarding, I also believe that invariably the quality of the product you create is better because of it.I have confidence in my ability to make the right decision quickly in terms of story telling in an organically evolving situation. I really enjoy the pressure of having to work quickly in order to allow an unfolding scenario naturally develop whilst being gently pushed in the direction I have decided on.I do work hard and expect the same of those I work with.
