Angela Gourley is an experienced award winning producer, director and Series Producer in documentary, docudrama and short film, and has crossed over into scripted features and HETV series with her company Amber Eye Films. She has a slate of projects in various stages of development, including three feature films and two HETV series. She is co producing with Mad As Birds (The Almond and the Seahorse, Six Minutes to Midnight) and Happy Tramp (BAFTA award winners for ‘Guilt’). 
Angela  is a BAFTA connect and BAFTA BFI network member. She has been awarded a Creative England grant for business development and strategy for Amber Eye Films. She was a 2022 participant in the EIFF Talent Lab and was chosen for the Creative Enterprise 2023 Market Trader cohort to attend the EFM in Berlin.She was awarded a Screenskills bursary to study the prestigious John Yorke’s script editor course and has also worked as a freelance reader and script editor. She has been mentored by Elizabeth Karlsen of Number 9 films and Will Johnson of Lookout Point. Read Less
