I am a creative and tenacious Bafta-winning Executive Producer with recent experience as a Director of Programmes.

I started my career in BBC Docs where I gained a passion for storytelling with heart and humour. 

As Director of Programmes I worked in the senior leadership team across the Objective Entertainment slate; collaborating closely with the MD, HOP and Creative Director. I oversaw multiple series across the UK and USA including  Vinnie Jones in the Countryside for Discovery, Celebs Go Dating, Channel 4 and a new festive baking competition series, Baked with Love starring Mary Berry and Anna Haugh for Hallmark, USA. 

I also worked closely with the development team to support a healthy pipeline of new ideas including leading on delivering multiple proof of concepts for both US and UK networks. 

I have what has been called an 'eclectic cv'. Recently I've become an expert in big adventure formats working on Hunted and Race Across the World (both civilian and celebrity versions) but I also have extensive experience in dating, daytime, food and sensitive access series. I can adapt to very different budgets and scale and am adept at handling large (or small) teams, talent, sensitive consents, compliance, complicated edits and tight turnarounds.

I love being part of developing an idea, building and running a team, and overseeing the core creative of a series to bring it to life. I always have a plan b, remain calm and believe that happy supported teams deliver the best series.
