Hi, I'm Lara! Originally from Aberdeen, I moved to Manchester for university and graduated with an Upper Second-Class Honours BA in Drama from the University of Manchester. 

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Multimedia Journalism at Manchester Metropolitan University, and have worked in hospitality for over 7 years now, alongside my studies.

I have a strong interest in production management and media production. I am particularly inspired by the fast-paced nature of the media industry and the opportunity to create impactful content that informs and engages diverse audiences. I have developed and demonstrated my journalistic and production skills through hands-on experience across a variety of shows and media productions. Alongside my studies, I continue to take on freelance runner work to maintain and sharpen my practical production skills.
