I am an experienced Production Executive and Line Producer who has worked over a wide range of programming. I enjoy kicking projects off, building teams and protocols as well as working closely with the Senior Editorial teams.I love to talent find and also train and mentor staff to help find their path in telly, and my nerdy spreadsheet loving side loves a budget and schedule challenge. I have worked with big CGI houses, A list talent and across a series with 20 families taking part so understand the pastoral, compliance and legal needs of a production.As an ex HOP I have overseen development slates and Business Affairs alongside the company lawyers so also understand rights & Commissioning contracts. I have worked for Netflix, Discovery, National Geographic, HBO Max and all the UK terrestrial broadcasters.Above all, I always endeavour to have a happy and fulfilled team.
