Maddi's great to work with; calm, organised and considered with a really strong work ethic. She leads the team with energy and purpose and establishes strong and sustained working relationships with commissioners. She's a creative problem solver and is very comfortable running multiple edits self-sufficiently. I'd highly recommend her to others and would work with her again without question.
Maddi is great. Super organised, always on it and a great leader of teams. She can work with the tightest budgets and most challenging schedules to create great shows for a range of broadcasters. She's really good with commissioners and talent and is someone that I try and work with as often as possible!
