From the age of seven I learned to play piano, performing regularly and forming a keen sense of content and performance.

I have found a number of ways to creatively communicate from music composition and photography to creating short films. All of these are, of course, dependent on telling stories. Like many people of my age, I started up my own YouTube channel in my early teens. Whilst studying piano and drums to grade 8 has been a solitary pursuit, requiring focus and dedication, my University studies of Television and Radio Production have been largely collaborative. This has been particularly enjoyable and I’m keen to continue working with other like-minded individuals.

Alongside the second year of my degree, I am constantly pushing for experience and work in the creative industry. My most recent work has been at Lime Pictures with Hollyoaks, working with talent professionally and being very comfortable on set as a supporting artist. I have also just been a stand in actor on a pilot episode of a new ITV dating show with Rollercoaster TV and I loved the adrenaline filled, fast moving space with a constant buzz. I also worked a month placement for 344 Audio, a Post-Production House. I shopped for props, ran errands and also created social media content for their brand, as well as finding and reaching out to potential clients. I also shadowed at dock10 for a live broadcast of the BBC Philharmonic featured on Radio 3 as well as on TV projects in Bristol, helping create sounds and edits for the likes of Steve Backshall and Lloyds Bank. I have a good understanding of editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci and Adobe Audition using them all frequently to create packages.

I also have a good understanding of content creation for social media. I have a Tik Tok platform that I use to share videos of me DJing, ensuring I am staying relevant with trending music within the rave scene. The following I gained on Tik Tok then carried over to my Soundcloud. I have also previously released my own music as a solo artist on prestigious platforms, such as Spotify and Apple Music. This then lead to other opportunities such as collaborating with other artists, providing vocals, musical, engineering and production support.

I’ve demonstrated a strong work ethic having worked for two years at a pub from the age of 14 and I am good at communicating with new people, making them feel at ease and have 3 years of experience within customer service at Waitrose.
