Scouting – researching and visiting potential locations in line with the script for shooting and unit bases
Working and communicating with stake holders, producers, production crew and creative teams
Performing site visits, feasibility studies, and liaising with venues and locations
Communicating Designers ideas & plans to locations; assisting in bringing them to realisation
Liaising with location owners - working on location, in venues and in studio
Self-starting multiple project manager; including production of theatre music, festivals, events, Film and TV
Managing budgets and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with and notifying local boroughs and councils, police, transport and crew
Adept at working on location both in London and outside of it
Completing filming applications, and applying for permits, parking, suspensions and temporary structures
Gathering quotes from contractors; completing orders for kit and transport
Planning and scheduling effectively in order to meet strict deadlines
Recruiting, interviewing and managing teams of up to 200 people
Creating paperwork such as RAMS, call sheets, movement orders, schedules, invoices and PO’s
Negotiating staff and contractor contracts and talent and supplier contracts
Managing the logistics of UK and International work; transport, carnets, and accommodation/travel booking
Sourcing and assisting installation of any catering, power or amenities required on site
Design & Interpretation
Script reading and interpretation; creating script breakdowns
Working closely with designers and set builders to maintain the artistic values of the script
Sourcing props and set items for each production in line with the design and time period of each production
Additional skillsFull Clean Driving License and own transport
