I am a Chartered Institute of Linguist certified Spanish into English translator and subtitler, based in Bath, with 10 years’ experience. I have experience in audio-visual transcription, translation and subtitling for TV documentaries and entertainment series on subjects ranging from food, sport, music and environmental sustainability to Latin American culture and politics. I’ve worked on corporate and training videos, dramas and films for various TV production companies and online streaming services including, Netflix, Atresmedia, BBC and Amazon Prime. I work with Ooona Tools, Subtitle Edit, Aegisub, MediaNext and am happy to learn other bespoke software. I am a member of SUBTLE, the British Subtitler's Association and the Institute of Linguists.
