I am a Development Executive who specialises in Popular Factual and entertainment ideas. I have devised, co-devised and developed a wide range of programmes including kids shows, game/quiz shows, shiny floor shows, access driven docs, reality shows and popular factual formats. I'm a good team player as well a competent and compassionate manager. I enjoy mentoring and supporting new off-screen talent. I have a great relationship with all the top talent agents that I carry on from my time as a talent producer. I'm an ideas generator, I love telly and enjoy finding new ways to story tell in this day and age and to tap into what matters to us all. My favourite TV shows are the ones that I can sit with my partner and wonder what we would do in the same situation.
