I make gripping & entertaining films & series and specialise in ob doc, fact ent & international shoots. 

In my 23-year career, I have made films for BBC, C4, ITV, Discovery, Nat Geo, Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+ and most recently Middle Eastern SVODs. I have worked to budgets of £1.3 million per episode, but far more often on a shoestring. 

I telll character led, heart driven stories. Subject areas include natural history, archaeology, medicine, technology, restoration, sport and culture.

I’ve worked with the UK’s top talent, like Tony Robinson amd Charlotte Church, US presenters and other global hosts.

My experience includes navigating the highest-level government access in Thailand, Singapore & Saudi Arabia and
working with fixers and translators all over the world. I’m hugely experienced at leading large production teams on
the ground & directing multi camera crews. I am equally happy self-shooting (e.g. FX9/C500) or in a bespoke team.

Taking documentaries through the edit throughout my career means I’m fantastic at structuring and crafting films,
guiding projects from pre-production through to final delivery. I’m a fast script writer and love to use all my skills to help my team members reach their potential.
