I began my professional career while I was still in film school back in my home country Costa Rica. I moved around different film departments. I worked as a Video Assist Operator, Electrical Grip, Camera Assistant, Production Assistant, Location Manager and Script Supervisor before making my way to First Assistant Director for T.V. commercials.Parallel to these experiences I freelanced as a videographer, doing branded content and corporate videos. This path helped me learn to balance creative storytelling with an efficient production workflow.My passion has always been storytelling, so I prioritized putting effort into developing my own projects. I was lucky enough to have pitched, sold and developed two different T.V. series to a Costa Rican streaming service.I enjoy working with people, researching, writing scripts, treatments and solving problems creatively.
