I am a hard-working and reliable second year English and Spanish student at the University of Exeter with an exceptional academic record. I am working towards a career in the film and TV industry.I have completed a four week long beginner’s film-making course with MET film in 2022, where I studied the film-making process from script writing and story-boarding, to editing and wrote and directed my own short film. At university, I am an active member of the student’s society XTV and have had the opportunity to attend workshops in various film-making skills. I have also completed a week-long photography course with the Stills Centre for Photography, developing practical shooting and editing skills.My main extra-curricular interests are writing and reading and languages. I am currently studying Spanish at level B2. I am regularly published in the student’s life and culture magazine RAZZ, reviewing films and stage productions. I also have completed work experience at BBC Scotland, shadowing various BBC Scotland executives at their headquarters in Glasgow and off-site locations. Read Less
