I’m a creative and passionate storyteller, with more than 20 years' TV experience and a background in journalism, who has worked on a variety of obs-doc, archive, documentary and factual series for major UK broadcasters and US streamers.

One of the most interesting projects I recently worked on was a fast-turnaround documentary for ITV1 on the sinking of the Bayesian super yacht off the coast of Sicily in August 2024. And before that, an historical series for the Smithsonian which used archive, interview and drama recon to relay to viewers 10 steps that led to disasters in the US. I worked on two episodes: the Texas Blackout, that resulted due to an uncommonly harsh winter, and Mount St Helens, a dormant volcano that erupted with disastrous consequences in 1980 in Washington State. 

My last Series Producer role was on Dr Jeff: Rocky Mountain Vet for Discovery. A hugely popular series for Animal Planet, filmed in Denver, Colorado, but post taking place in London. I was also a Series Producer on BBC1’s Car Booty - and successfully delivered two fast turn-around series on time and on budget; overseeing a large production team (and four edits) from casting through to final delivery.

As an edit producer, I relish telling stories and producing entertaining and slick programmes. I have a methodical approach, making sure I bring out the best narratives and personalities from the footage shot. I’m also a strong and adaptable scriptwriter and used to working across simultaneous edits to tight deadlines.

I am a genuine people-person which means, as a Producer/Director, I bring out the best in contributors to produce strong characters and narratives. And as a director, I have a creative eye, coming up with the most visual locations and storytelling scenes.

I have filmed all over the world – from Bhutan to Botswana, so I’m an un-phased trouble-shooter on location. I have also worked with presenters and directed multi-cameras. I'm fluent in three languages: French, Italian and Spanish Read Less
