Achieving my First Class degree in Film at Bournemouth University was a rewarding endorsement of my long held passion for film and fascination with creative production.

Keen to learn, I take and actively seek out all opportunities to develop my skills and experience. Whilst at university, I participated in as many film related extra-curricular activities as I could and I have continued to initiate and obtain funding for my own projects to further support my continuing development. Having the opportunity to work with professionals in a practical environment has been immensely beneficial and inspiring.

From spearheading my own productions, short films and music videos, I am also proficient behind the camera. Since university, my enthusiasm has landed me roles with local productions working within the camera unit. I thrive within these teams as creative collaboration is at the forefront in the ever adapting culture of production. My technical aptitude extends to post-production, where attention to detail is key to my editing success. 

Having moved to Bristol in the autumn of 2021, I proudly worked my way up to Pret a Manger's head office, working as a 'Barista Ambassador' for the South/South-West of England. This role required me to travel to over 30 stores (including their busiest stores at Heathrow Airport), training baristas and performing maintenance checks on their machinery. Time management and organisational skills were a necessity in this role, in which I would also produce detailed reports for each of the visits.

From my experience within the creative and hospitality industries, I have always thrived within a team environment. As an ambassador at Pret a Manger, my team consisted of 7 other members, spanning all over the UK. It was essential that we were in constant contact to enable us to work cohesively as a team.

After leaving the company in September I embarked on fulfilling a lifelong dream of travelling Asia for 4 months. Whislt visiting countires such as Japan and Vietnam, my perspective on the world widened significantly. Meeting new and culturally diverse people is important to me as I'm constantly improving my understanding of the world.  Read Less
