My career goal would be to work my way through the research department of Documentary television and gain the appropriate experience required to direct my own projects. Journalism, and specifically factual filmmaking, has been described as being the first draft of history, with wide reaching implications for society. The delivery of the story must be carefully managed, and accurate; something which appeals to my skillset. I feel that my skillset, combined with my relevant experience, would make me a valuable asset to a production outfit, and I look forward to where the first steps into the media sector will take me.
