I'm a 22 year old Screenwriter from Norwich, about to finish my MA in Creative Writing: Scriptwriting at the University of East Anglia. I’ve always had a passion for telling stories, an interest that’s developed into an ability to write well researched, informative and entertaining scripts under UEA’s renowned Creative Writing programme. My course has involved inventive storytelling and in-depth research, requiring me to come up with ideas and develop them into fleshed out pieces of work at a quick pace.It has also allowed me to start carving out a career in the professional world of scriptwriting, giving me the opportunity to develop a short Radio play with BBC Veteran Jeremy Mortimer, and pitch / showcase screenplays to the BBC and other global production companies.I’ve just finished my dissertation (a feature length black-comedy film) and I’m on track to graduate by the end of October.
