I am a highly experienced and creative Development Producer. I have a proven track record of delivering brilliant ideas (noted with recent BAFTA nominations and RTS awards for projects I personally developed), negotiating access, spotting and launching new talent, designing spectacular decks, directing taster tapes and pitching to win commissions. In September I was selected as one of the Wonder Women in TV mentees for ’22-’23. I have absolute and utter joy in developing and championing new ideas. I want to ensure that the schedule and menus of programming available to all excel, excite, empathize and amaze. I’ve always felt it an utter privilege to work in an industry where you can create content which can be shared and enjoyed so personally by so many people.Prior to a career in television, I worked as a field geologist in Svalbard and later as an offshore engineer with a specialism in Carbon Capture and Storage.
