A bold, confident production manager who can pivot to complex project work when a fragile industry demands it. This has seen me gain further skills that benefit my PM abilities.
Passionate about people, TV, ideas, stories, tech and working as part of a tight team.
Recent years spent succeeding in TV Production, utilising my skills and learning to maximise new opportunities and build networks. I have a knack for problem solving, people engagement and tackling challenges with innovative thinking and optimism. I win trust and inspire others to succeed.
CRITICAL SKILLS for production:Well versed in conceptualising and executing multiple complex events, shoots, campaigns, performance, roadshows, brands, corporate experiences, whilst managing crews and production.Upbeat, influential manager. Ability to maintain an environment where people work together well.Developing project strategy and processes, implementing on the ground, reviewing successes, achieving transformation, delivering.
I spent many years as a senior Apple exec, in world class Edu Tech, influencing change within government and the education field. This included spearheading senior leadership live events (which were filmed), event campaigns and roadshows. This gifted me the ability to create and execute successful projects aligned with goals, manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensure timely delivery to budget, coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure programme success. Duties were very similar to that of a Senior Production Manager, working across multiple silos, multiple filmed live events and road show programmes for Apple Education UK. This entailed liaising with talent in the US as well as taking the roadshows to Europe and the Channel Islands.
As well as working in broadcast TV for the last few years, I have recently been involved with an independent small film company helping to film, produce and raise funding for a hard-hitting, indie true crime documentary. This part time role was a hybrid of Production Manager/Producer allowing me to utilise all my accumulated and creative skills.
During the recent Broadcast TV downturn, in addition to the above indie production I have been working part time on agency projects and for an Emotional Intelligence (E.I.) company, combining and accumulating further diverse experiences and skills.
I am enthusiastic about joining a creative team, where I can lend my expertise and support to others, while also being exposed to intriguing projects and challenging scenarios that keep me challenged and motivated.
